Recipes for Homemade Hand and Foot Exfoliators

Exfoliating products are excellent for hands and feet, as they remove the hard, callous skin that can build up, revealing soft, silky skin. These homemade exfoliators are best applied after you have soaked your hands or feet in warm water for at least 5 minutes; this softens the skin, making it easy to scrub away the dead skin cells. Once you've applied the scrub in a circular motion, rinse well and pat the skin dry. Then you can apply your favourite moisturiser to keep your hands and feet at their smooth, silky best.
